Seve Ballesteros R.I.P.

“I think he has been the most important sportsman in Spain’s history. He was a pioneer and someone that has done something amazing. We all looked at him as a role model.” …Rafael Nadal
Seve’s family buried him today in the town of his upbringing, Pedrena.

A true loss for everyone. Mr. P101 and I always watched golf - he was a favorite in this home. XOXO

Very sad, saw him play several times in the 80s.

Sad day. I loved how Phil Mickelson planned this year's Master's dinner (the previous winner plans the big meal) with Seve in mind, featuring a Spanish menu.
