I honestly didn’t know whether I could even remember the password for this blog. I haven’t visited here since I reposted that story about my father a couple of years ago. Like those who routinely read my drivel all those years ago, I’ve lived a big pile of life since the heady days of “look at the latest sartorial sh_t I bought this week—and hey—here’s what Lily and I are up to!”

Covid ended my every other week plane rides to various contiguous 48 locations. I haven’t retired and frankly, am unable to do so anytime soon. And I hardly wear any of those clothes these days. Covid ended my travel but began my yoga journey. Spine surgery in 2018 ended my four decades of running and yoga has become my thing. Yoga is transforming me—in good ways. Yesterday was my 430th hot yoga practice in 18 months. Almost every day.

I'm glad to see you posting again, and am even more glad you are getting your health back. There's nothing more valuable than that. I still visit here from time to time to read your old stories, as I was late to the game on your blogging. I'm sad to hear you don't wear much of your old clothing any more - hopefully you have a change of heart. I'd love to see more posted here - if you're inclined to do so. You're a good writer, and I like much of your old stuff.

Welcome back! I'm glad you're posting again. I'm eager to hear more about your yoga journey. The clothes and daughter posts were great too. Cheers.

Max, I've never seen you look better, congratulations. The facial and cranial hair is devastatingly handsome, as well. Cheers to you and Ms. Golden Hair in 2023! Your devoted fan, Flo.
